Meet Our Attorneys
The Law Offices of Andrea L. Mersel, are located in Southern California and serve the surrounding areas of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Diego and San Bernardino Counties in family law matters. We assist our clients with matters such as divorce, child custody and visitation matters, post judgment modifications, child support, paternity and prenuptial agreements.
With more than 25 years of legal experience, Andrea Mersel has the knowledge and expertise to achieve the best results for you. After personally experiencing the dissolution process, she shifted the focus of her practice to family law in order to better assist those in need. As a parent, she understands the additional emotions and complexities you may be experiencing with respect to your children.
Andrea is a highly experienced litigator and has years of experience as a trial advocacy and negotiations professor. She has an undergraduate business degree from the Wharton school of Finance, which makes her particularly qualified to handle divorce where real estate, businesses and highly valued assets are involved.
Associate attorney Manish P. Pandya joined our firm in 2009 and brings five years of legal experience to our team. Manish is experienced in litigating divorce, paternity, custody, support and other family law matters in every courthouse throughout Southern California. As a parent and a step parent, Manish is personally sensitive to the concerns that arise in divorce and child custody matters. Additionally, Manish was the recipient of the Center for Children's Rights Fellowship in law school.
Teresa McNamara Mattos is an associate with the Law Offices of Andrea L. Mersel. Ms. Mattos attended Western State University College of Law for her juries doctorate degree, graduating with Scholastic Merit honors. Ms. Mattos has the knowledge and compassion to successfully guide clients through their complex and emotional legal experience.
